Our convenient filing methods and competitive pricing save you time and money. You can elect to have the filing fees directly deducted from your refund, eliminating the need for out-of-pocked expenses. We also offer rapid refund services.

Getting Started
It is often difficult for a taxpayer to carve our time from their busy schedules to actually go and file their taxes. FFG provides six convenient options for our clients to ensure a timely filing of their return. Scan Documents
You can conviniently scan your tax documents into a PDF and e-mail them to your dedicated tax consultant. FFG will send you an e-mail confirmation upon receipt of your documents. First-time clients: Please call to get the name and e-mail address of your tax consultant.

Fax Documents
You may elect to fax your documents to FFG at 678.302.7010, Be sure to include a cover sheet with your fax that lists your contact information. FFG will confirm receipt of documents. Faxes are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mail Documents
Clients who elect to mail all forms to FFG will receive a self-addressed and stamped envelope upon request. We encourage you to keep all originals and mail us copies. Please call our office prior to sending your information.

Pick-up / Drop-off
FFG will provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off service per clients' requests. Location of services rendered can be either at a place of employment, leasing office of an apartment complex, or any mutually predetermined location. Clients can request this service by calling the tax division at 678.921.2929.

Client Drop-off
You may personally deliver and drop-off all your tax documents at our office. Our receptionist is available from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, to receive all packages. You can also call to schedule an after-hours drop-off time. A consultant will call you to discuss your tax affairs and next steps for filing. 

Face to Face Appointments
You can schedule an in-person appointment with a tax consultant to discuss your tax situation. This meeting can either be conducted at our office or any mutually predetermined location.
